Three connection modes, three different jobs

LORGAR wireless keyboards support 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth and a USB-C cable. These are not variants of the same thing — each mode does something different.

The 2.4 GHz receiver is the gaming mode. A small transmitter goes into a USB port and the keyboard talks to it on its own channel, independently of however many devices your system has hanging off Bluetooth. The receiver is included in the box.

Bluetooth needs no free USB port, which suits the places where you don't have one to spare: a tablet, a work laptop, a second computer. The Bluetooth version is listed in each model's specification.

The USB-C cable carries the signal and charges at the same time. A flat battery therefore does not end the session — plug in and keep playing.

Battery life and backlighting

This is the most important number in the category, and the one that most often disappoints. LORGAR publishes two runtimes in the specification: with RGB backlighting on, and with it off. The gap between them is not cosmetic — it can be several-fold. A keyboard that runs for hundreds of hours unlit may give you somewhere between a dozen and a few dozen hours with RGB running.

The practical conclusion: if the keyboard sits on your desk next to the computer, the lighting costs you nothing, because the cable is within reach. If it travels with you or works in another room, look at the figure with RGB rather than the larger one. The lighting can always be dimmed or switched off.

What else this part of the range gives you

The wireless models are where LORGAR puts features the wired versions do not have:

• hot-swap — switches sit in sockets and come out with the included puller, no soldering; spare switches are in the box, so you can test a swap straight away,
• gasket mounting — the plate rests on flexible elements instead of sitting rigidly against the case, so a keypress sounds quieter and less hollow,
• double-shot PBT keycaps, where the legend is part of the cap rather than a layer printed on top,
• a display and a knob — on some models a small screen shows the connection mode and battery level, and a knob handles volume or the lighting menu.

Frequently asked questions

Do wireless keyboards have input lag in games?

The 2.4 GHz mode is the one designed for gaming — that is why the receiver is in the box, and why it is worth using instead of Bluetooth when you sit down for a match. LORGAR does not publish a polling rate or measured latency for its keyboards, so we do not quote figures the manufacturer has not given.

Can I play while the keyboard is charging?

Yes. The USB-C cable charges and carries the signal at the same time.

What if I lose the 2.4 GHz receiver?

The keyboard still works fully over Bluetooth and on the cable. For spare receiver availability, contact us at info@lorgar.pl.

How many devices can I pair over Bluetooth?

LORGAR does not state a paired-device count in its keyboard specifications, so we will not declare one on the manufacturer's behalf. If this is decisive for you, write to us before ordering.

How long does charging take?

It depends on the model — charging time and battery capacity are in the Parametry tab of each keyboard.

How do these differ from LORGAR's wired keyboards?

Beyond the absence of a cable: hot-swap, gasket mounting, displays and knobs live in this part of the range. The wired models answer with a lower price, nothing to charge, and an aluminium top plate with a magnetic removable cover. The full comparison is on the Keyboards category page.

What is the warranty?

24 months of manufacturer's warranty, verified by serial number. Separately, we are liable for the goods' conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery — details in Complaints and returns. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return an order without giving a reason.
