What is in the box, and what is not

Starting here, because everyone buying their first prebuilt asks it.

The box contains the tower — assembled, cabled, with the liquid cooler fitted and an operating system installed, ready to plug in and start.

The box does not contain a monitor, keyboard, mouse or headset. No LORGAR system includes peripherals. That is not an oversight but a premise: the computer is the starting point of a setup and you choose the rest separately — and you can do that in the same shop, from the monitors, keyboards, mice and headsets.

The operating system: please read this before ordering. In the specification of LORGAR computers the system is listed as Microsoft Windows 11 (trial version). We reproduce that exactly as the manufacturer states it, and we do not describe these machines as "a PC with a Windows 11 licence", because we would have no basis for it. Budget for a full licence — and if you have a question about what exactly the trial covers on a specific model, write to info@lorgar.pl before ordering.

What LORGAR PCs are built on

Configurations change with each component generation, but several design decisions recur across the range, and they describe what to expect better than any model name.

AMD platform. The systems are built on AMD Ryzen processors in the AM5 socket, on B-series chipset boards. That means a current, still-developing platform rather than an end-of-life socket.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics. The exact model is on the product page, together with the amount of video memory.

DDR5 memory and an NVMe M.2 drive. No mechanical hard drives — the system and games launch from solid-state storage.

Factory-fitted liquid cooling. Every LORGAR PC has an integrated all-in-one liquid cooler, with a radiator sized to the system's power, plus quiet case fans. A larger radiator lets the fans run slower at the same heat load — which means quieter. It is a closed loop and needs no topping up.

A case with an external display panel. The signature element of this line: a digital panel on the case showing, in real time, temperatures, CPU and GPU load and fan speeds. Plus RGB lighting.

Connectivity. Wi-Fi and a wired RJ-45 port supporting multi-gigabit speeds — useful if you have a faster home network or a NAS.

Built in Europe, CE certified. The manufacturer states this explicitly on its computer systems.

What resolution it is for

LORGAR describes each system by its target resolution — and that is the most sensible way to read this range. Instead of comparing component names, check whether a system is intended for the resolution you will actually play at, and pair it with a monitor of that same resolution. Buying a PC built for 1440p and attaching it to a 4K monitor, or the reverse, is the most common way to waste part of a budget.

Declared frame rates in specific titles, where the manufacturer publishes them, are in the model description. Treat them as figures from the manufacturer's own testing at the stated settings, not as a guarantee of the result on your monitor with your game configuration.

Warranty and upgrades

The warranty covers the whole system for 36 months and is verified by serial number. That is a meaningful difference from a self-built machine, where every component carries its own warranty and its own claim process, and where a fault first has to be traced to a part. Here there is one claim and one person to talk to.

Upgrades: the computers are built on standard components (AM5 socket, DDR5 DIMM memory, M.2 NVMe drives), but LORGAR does not publish the number of free memory slots, free M.2 sockets, or whether opening the case affects the warranty. We will not guess at that data — if you are planning to upgrade, ask us before ordering at info@lorgar.pl and we will confirm it from the documentation for that model.

Frequently asked questions

Is the computer ready to play out of the box?

Yes, the tower is assembled, cabled and comes with an operating system installed. You connect a monitor, keyboard, mouse and power.

Does it include a monitor, keyboard and mouse?

No. No LORGAR computer includes peripherals — you choose those separately.

Is Windows 11 fully licensed?

In the specification the manufacturer lists the system as a trial version. We do not describe these machines as sold with a full licence. Plan for it in your budget, and for details on a specific model write to us before ordering.

What resolution is this computer for?

The target resolution is in each system's description — pair it with a monitor of the same resolution.

Does the liquid cooling need maintenance?

No. It is a closed loop, fitted at the factory, with no coolant to top up.

Is the computer loud?

The manufacturer describes the case fans as quiet, and a larger radiator lets them run slower. LORGAR does not publish a noise level in decibels, so we do not quote one.

What is the panel on the case for?

It shows temperatures, CPU and GPU load and fan speeds in real time, without running any additional software.

Can I add memory or a second drive?

The computers use standard components, but LORGAR does not publish the number of free slots or the warranty position on opening the case. Write to us and we will confirm it for the model you want.

Does the computer have Wi-Fi?

Yes, every system has Wi-Fi and a wired RJ-45 port supporting multi-gigabit speeds.

What is the warranty, and what about delivering a parcel this size?

The warranty covers the whole system for 36 months, verified by serial number; separately, we are liable for the goods' conformity with the contract for 2 years. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return without giving a reason — rules in Complaints and returns, order terms and payment methods in the Shop regulations. With a parcel this large and heavy, it is worth having someone on hand when it arrives.
